Shipping & Returns

Once Bad Kitty Wholesale has received your online order it will be processed within 48-72 hours. If there is any questions regarding your order you will be contacted either via email or by phone. This is an approximate time frame, based on stock and quantity. If we receive your order over the weekend, the order will begin processing on the following Monday. We use USPS and UPS Ground for all orders within the U.S. 2nd Day shipping and 3 Day shipping rates are also available for an additional expedited shipping fee. 

Please be advised that when shipping to a P.O. Box, we must use USPS.

Bad Kitty Wholesale reserves the right to choose the shipping method of delivery.

Shipping Rates

Domestic Shipping: (within the U.S.A.) 

Domestic Customers may choose from either United States Postal Service or UPS. Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and location. Once you have added your items to the shopping cart you will have the choice of shipping option. Please be advised that the cost of shipping is based on the weight & delivery location of your order.

USPS Priority: 2-3 Shipping Days

USPS Express: 1-2 Shipping Days

International Shipping: (outside of the USA)International orders can be shipped by either USPS or UPS. Although UPS is more expensive, they will provide you with full tracking from start to finish. USPS will only update you on the tracking once the package has been shipped and when the package is released by your customs office.

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. BadKitty.com is not responsible for these additional charges. 

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs Policies vary from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information. Please be advised that customs clearance procedures are required and can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. 

If you choose not to accept your package and pay for the taxes, Bad Kitty Inc. will decide to either abandon the package or pay to have it reshipped back to the United States. As a result all fees will be deducted from your purchase amount. In some cases you will receive no refund because the cost of the return could be more than or equal to your purchase. If Bad Kitty Inc. chooses not to accept the package back it will be abandoned and you will not receive a refund.

 **Please be advised that the 6-10 days DOES NOT include any time that your country holds your package in customs. Depending on your country this could take additional time. Tracking on the order will not update until the package is released from your customs office. Most countries will contact you to obtain the duties/taxes.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from Bad Kitty. If you are a domestic customer your order may have multiple tracking numbers. This is the fastest and most efficient way to get your products to you quickly! So, if you got your shorts, and not your shoes, make sure to check your order in My Account > View Orders to see if there are still items that are Processing. International customers will receive one tracking number from either UPS or USPS.

 

Returns

PoleFit® by Bad Kitty®

You want to return them? That's OK with us! Want to try a differnt style or color in your store? Great let us help! We are so confident in our Pole Fit line that if it is not selling at your studio or retail location, we will take it back! Just ship us back the styles and sizes that are not moving and we will either, provide you with store credit for the merchandise, or switch out the pieces that are not moving for you with some that will!!! Just give us a ring or drop us an email and we will take care of it for you!

*Some restrictions apply. ** Order returns can go back no further than 60 days *** Discontuned, PreOrdered items and discounted products may not be returned.

**We will not accept returns for garments that do not have the original tags and/or bagging and have ANY signs of wear or smells. 

Pole Grip Aids & Other Products

If you would like to return any items purchased you must contact Bad Kitty Wholesale within 10 days of the date of your order. You may contact us via email at info @ badkittywholesale.com. At that time you will be provided a Return Authorization number (RA). You will then be provided with our Return Authoirzation form via email that MUST be included in your returned package. Returns must be provided in its original packaging, unworn with ALL TAGS on it. We will not accept any returns for garments without tags, signs of wear or smell. Your return must be received by us within 14 days of the receipt of return authorization. Bad Kitty Wholesale is not responsible for the shipping charges incurred for the returned merchandise and you will not be refunded the original shipping cost of the order. If you do not follow the guidelines of our Return Policy, BadKittyWholesale.com reserves the right to refuse the return, or charge a 15% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted with out a Return Authorization Approval Number. Failure to obtain a RA will result in your package being refused by Bad Kitty Wholesale.
